Superior double/twin en-suite room: £34.50 - £39.50 per person per night bed & breakfast.
Double en-suite room: £30.00 - £35.00 per person per night bed & breakfast

Single supplement in a double room £10.00 pppn.
Child supplement £10 pcpn (up to 12 yrs) sharing with two adults.
Third person sharing supplement £15.00 per pppn (aged 13 +)

Special Offer – Winter and Spring three night break:
November – April (excluding bank holidays) - three night break £130 for two people sharing a double room
and £150.00 in a superior room.

All prices quoted are for bed & breakfast accommodation.
We accept payment by cash and cheque only, sorry, currently we are not able to accept credit/debit cards
or Travellers Cheques.

A deposit of 1st night’s stay is required to secure a booking. The deposit will be fully refundable up to 14 nights before arrival.
After which, the deposit will only be refunded if the room is re-let.
Guest can check in anytime from 2pm on the day of arrival and on the day of departure are requested to check out by 10am.

Ellinbrook House is a three storey Victorian house. All guest accommodation is on the first and second floors of the property
and there are regrettably no bedrooms or toilet facilities available on the ground floor.
Should you particularly require a first floor room please tell us when you book.

Well behaved children are very welcome.
Regrettably we are unable to accommodate guests travelling with pets.
